Have you taken beadmaking classes and have a collection of colorful and decorative glass "gems". Now what will you do with your lovely beads? Join Donna Sauers to transform your glass beads into earrings you will wear out of the studio!
Whether you are a beginner or have dabbled in a bit of jewelry making this class is a great way to start working with wire. Learn how to make simple loops, wrapped loops, dangles, and constructing various earwire designs.
Class will cover everything you need to know including: tools, wire gauges, and various wire-wrapping techniques. This class is perfect for students who want to create designs with beads they have made. Instruction includes elements of jewelry/earring design and color.
Bring your favorite glass beads for creating jewelry. Tools will be provided to use in class but if you have your favorite pliers and flush cutters you may want to bring them. Instructor will have accent beads on hand that you may use if desired.
No experience required. Bring some of your own beads and a sketchbook. Materials will be provided and accent beads will be available.
