Experience The Fire Arts
Learn More" Water Street Glassworks is a big city idea in your home town. We are here to satisfy your glass curiosity -
classes, exhibitions and family fun." - Jerry Catania, Founder
Thank you for making our holiday season merry and bright! We appreciate your support of our artists and Water Street Glassworks. The gallery will be closed as the team gets ready for 2021.
We have exciting plans including opportunities to provide classes, events (virtual and in-person when we are able) and new production items for the gallery.
It goes without saying that 2020 was a challenging year. We miss our students and doing what we love - teaching the glass and metal arts. We have exciting plans for 2021 and are committed to providing the community the opportunity to experience the fire arts and we look forward to seeing you in the New Year!
As a nonprofit organization, WSG relies on generous contributions from our patrons and sponsors which enables us to make the glass and metal arts accessible to everyone. You make it possible to continue to keep the fires burning at WSG and ensure our ability to continue to serve the community.
EXTENDED THROUGH JANUARY 24, 2021
BY APPOINTMENT
An exhibit at Krasl Art Center featuring a personally selected roster of 12 artists by founder of WSG, Jerry Catania. It was his desire to demonstrate the value of mentorship within the glass community.

This had to be one of the neatest ( I’d say coolest, but it definitely was warm), experiences . I had no idea what was involved in glass blowing. But I know now! My pumpkin is fabulous! I can not wait to come back and try my hand at another project!

My favorite place to blow glass. The staff is fun, friendly and ready to help.

Beautiful people and rich history. A fantastic venue for Glass Art in Michigan and the glass world.

Water Street Glassworks is a great place to learn about, collect or just enjoy glass art and handmade functional glass pieces. The studios and work spaces allow for collaborative learning....and in the well curated gallery you can always find unique one of a kind gifts!
