Private Events

Make your next gathering extra special this year! Let us host your next event with a hands-on glass art-making experience tailored to your group of four or more. The Studios at WSG offer several projects to choose from to personalize your event, including Glassblowing, Fusing and Beadmaking. Our parties are not a "follow the leader" format and each person can personalize the project with their own flair! We can accommodate groups of 6 (maximum) for ages 12+ in the Glass Blowing Studio; groups of 16 (maximum) for ages 10+ in the Fusing Studio; and groups of 6 (maximum) for ages 10+ in the Bead Studio.

Glassblowing:

For groups of six (MAXIMUM), ages 12 and up - Have you always wanted to experience working with molten glass? Choose from the list of projects (below) and work with our instructors to create it in a safe and FUN environment! Students will be guided by an instructor, 1 at a time, and will be required to follow our studio safety protocols. All projects will be available for pick-up at a later date - WSG staff will contact your group representative when all group projects are ready for pick-up. Please note that the Glassblowing Studio is closed from Memorial Day through September 1st.

Projects include (per person pricing; one project per person):

• Glass Flower - $80
• Glass Heart - $80
• Round Paperweight - $80
• Acorn - $90
• Pumpkin - $90
• Ornament (round) - $90

Fused Glass: 

For groups of 16 (MAXIMUM - see list below), ages 10 and up - Our instructors will help you safely cut glass and create glass pieces that will be fused for you in our kilns. All projects will be avaiable for pick-up at a later date - WSG staff will contact your group representative when your group proejcts are ready for pick-up. 

Projects include (per person pricing; one project per person):

• 10" Square Tray (groups of 10 MAX) - $80
• 6"x9" Cheese Tray (with spreader) (groups of 10 MAX) - $80
• 6" Square Tray (groups of 16 MAX) - $50
• Plant Stake (groups of 16 MAX) - $35
• Nightlight (groups of 16 MAX) - $35

Beadmaking/Flameworking:

For groups of six (MAXIMUM), ages 12 and up - Learn how to make beads in the WSG Flameworking Studio. Our instructors will safely guide your group through the process of working with glass rods over a torch.

• Bead-making (including cord for stringing) - $60
