Policies
- All courses require pre-registration online, by phone 269.925.5555 or in person during office hours. Instructors are not responsible for accepting payments. Your payment is processed upon enrollment.
- Payment is due at registration to secure your place in class. We accept Visa, Master Card, cash or check made payable to: Water Street Glassworks, 140 Water Street, Benton Harbor, MI 49022.
- Cancellations made at least one week prior to the class will be fully refunded. Cancellations made the week of the class will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the class will not be refunded.
- We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule or adjust class levels according to demand. If a class is cancelled by Water Street Glassworks, your payment will be refunded.
- Future prices are subject to change due to fluctuation in utility and glass prices.
- All Students must sign a liability waiver on the first day of class.
