Creative Disc Beads - May 11

Plain or fancy, disc beads are fun to make!  Join us in the bead making studio to create your very own.  Students will learn various techniques to shape and control the glass with a focus on heat control.  The tips and techniques for successful disc bead making are like building blocks that will improve your overall beadmaking skillset.  The hot head torches will be used.  The beads will be annealed in the kiln after class and will be ready to pick up at a later date.

 

Prerequisite: Beginning Beadmaking preferred, but not necessary. All materials provided.

Please Note: Projects made during this experience will be picked up at a later date.  WSG staff will contact students when projects are ready for pick-up.

Please Note: Cancellations made at least one week prior to the class will be fully refunded. Cancellations made the week of the class will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the class will not be refunded.
